David Cirici (Barcelona, 1954) is an author, scriptwriter, and an advertising creative. He has been creative director at the agencies RCP Saatchi & Saatchi and Alta Definición, and founding partner and creative director at Imagina. He has won numerous awards, including the Recull Prize and the Apel·les Mestres Award for Children’s Literature for the book Vòlics, and the Joaquim Ruyra Award for Novel for La fábrica de les mentides. He was a finalist for the 2000 Ramon Llull Award for La vida dels altres. Since 2000 he has been at the helm of his own advertising agency, Cirici Comunicació.
