Juan Ferrer Cárdenes is a consultant, speaker, trainer and executive coach. He specializes in managing change through people in organizations that due to stagnation, internal conflicts or the introduction of new technology need to promote a new way of working. His job is to activate, motivate and involve people in change, evolution and constant improvement. He currently works in Spain, the United States and Latin America.
He has lectured, conducted consulting, management skills training and executive coaching in companies such as Banco Santander, Bankia, Disa Corporación Petrolífera, Cajasiete, Melia, Barceló, Fiba Europe, APD and Ikea, among others.
He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has trained at Harvard Kennedy School in leadership development and training and at MIT (Sloan School of Management) in the creation of high-speed organizations.
