Sílvia Romero i Olea (Barcelona, 1962) holds a degree in Catalan Language and Literature from the Universitat de Barcelona. She has published the novels Amor a sang freda (2004), Ànima mesquina (premi de Narrativa Sebastià Juan Arbó 2006), Iskander. Un viatge a la màgia dels llibres (2008), Júlia M. (2009) and El camí del Bandama Vermell (2010).
