Xavier Ginesta is a telecommunications engineer and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from New York University (NYU). In 1998 he founded Voxel, a Barcelona-based company that since its founding has become a world leader in electronic invoicing and payment in the tourism sector. He currently combines his professional activity at Voxel with writing, and collaborating in the creation, together with Sergi Torres and a team of more than fifty volunteers, of the Festival of Consciousness, an international event planned for July 2022 that aims to shake up belief systems and promote a shared vision of a more conscious world.
