The Pillows are a group of guys and girls between the ages of 40 and 45 living in Barcelona. Almost all of them are single and they call themselves ‘The Pillows’ because they say that the best company in bed is a pillow, not that they really believe that. In any case, it’s the name they decide to give their WhatsApp group. The network helps them to stay in touch but they prefer to actually see and be with each other. Over the years, they have formed a relationship that makes them feel as though they are more than friends. They’re a real family, a big family in which everyone can be themselves and know they will be accepted as such. But, as in every family, there are also problems, misunderstandings, disagreements, arguments, biases and secrets that put their friendship to the test.
