Jordi Tomàs (Barcelona, 1971) is an anthropologist and writer. He has lived in West Africa for long stretches and has published
short story collections, the novels Arrels de baobab (2000), Un cor aixanti (2008) and El mar dels traïdors (El Lector de L’Odissea Prize, 2012), in addition to numerous articles on Senegal.
