Pep Puig was born in Terrassa in 1969. His first novel, L’home que torna (The Spinning Man, 2005), won great critical acclaim and the Fnac Prize for Young Talent. He subsequently published Les llàgrimes de la senyoreta Marta (Miss Marta’s Tears, 2007), which was followed by the story collection L’amor de la meva vida de moment (The Current Love of My Life, 2015).
